The Sensation in Luxury duplex show flat, designed by Alain Wong, stands out with its unique combination of beige hues that give a warm yet minimal modern accent to the interiors. The use of wooden furniture, light natural stone walls with steel trims, and green plants throughout the mansion creates a sense of lightness and simplicity. Each bedroom within the mansion has its own distinct character design, with the master bedroom featuring wood veneer flooring and grey mirrors that enhance the visual spaciousness and reflect the exterior greenery, creating a warm and soothing resting space. The second floor of the mansion features a timber slat wall that blocks the view when entering the master bedroom, enhancing privacy.

In terms of functionality, the designer has boldly created a curved hidden storage room on the way to the bedrooms on the second floor, adding a bespoke design element to the mansion. The use of light-colored wood as the core material throughout the design creates a natural and warm atmosphere, complemented by dark-colored furniture and green plant embellishments. The unit is equipped with a private lift and a home automation system, allowing homeowners to control lighting, air conditioning, and curtains through a mobile app, enhancing energy efficiency and convenience.

To maintain a sense of grandeur that matches the residence's image, light-colored marble is used for the floor and wall decorations, highlighting the sensation of luxury. The design encourages interaction between family members with its open layout and various designated areas for different activities. A family room is created on the first floor, and the glass-handled stairs lead to a lounge area with abundant natural light and warm wood flooring. The full-height wooden stripes partition in the staircase area and the living room express the connection between different areas of the house.

The Sensation in Luxury duplex show flat is located in Macau and was completed between August 2015 and May 2017. The design was inspired by the mountain scenery surrounding One Oasis, and extensive research was conducted to create a living space embraced by a natural and cozy atmosphere. Overcoming the challenge of a relatively simple color scheme, the design incorporates earth tone colors in a rich variety of materials, such as veneer and marble feature walls, glass panels, and fences, to create a warm and bright apartment. The use of glass elements, such as glass handrails and steel-framed glass, adds a sense of translucency and enhances the overall aesthetic.

It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2018.
